Delivery & Returns

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.

All orders placed over a value of £20.00 will be delivered free of charge to mainland UK addresses.

All orders under £20.00 will incur a delivery charge and different options will be clearly shown in your Shopping Basket.

All orders under £20.00 will incur a delivery charge of £3.50. This will be clearly shown in your Shopping Basket.

How we Deliver

Generally orders are delivered by courier (usually Interlink Express), but smaller products are sometimes offered for delivery by post.

Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

Delivery can be made to alternative addresses (e.g. your work address), although we will still require the address at which your payment card is registered. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Changes to the delivery address made by the purchaser after the goods have been handed to the delivery company will incur an additional charge of £20.00.

Delivery Times (mainland UK addresses)

You will be able to choose different delivery prices and timescales to suit your needs as part of the checkout process.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays and just before Christmas, please allow  extra working days.

Deliveries for standard products should usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days of placing your order, depending on the delivery option chosen. However, some products are special order (these are clearly marked) and can take around 21 working days to arrive. For these products you will be told about delivery dates as part of the order process.

Deliveries by Interlink are usually made between 9am and 5pm, all deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.

If we, our suppliers or manufacturers are temporarily out of stock of any products, we will notify you of the expected dispatch date of these products. If items are out of stock and you would rather not wait you will always be offered the option to cancel your order.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However delivery dates are approximate and may be affected by factors outside our control. No liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. It is suggested that you do not arrange for a plumber to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for discrepancies and to make sure they are undamaged.
If for any reason expected delivery will exceed 14 days from the date of receipt of order the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order.

Cancellations and Returns

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods

All products supplied by us come with a 12 month retailer’s guarantee. In addition many of our products come with guarantee periods longer than this provided by the manufacturer. We pass on manufacturers warranties in good faith but we do not endorse them and they form no part of your contract with us. For the avoidance of doubt if the manufacturer becomes insolvent you accept that the additional guarantee is lost.
We will arrange for a repair or refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge for all faulty goods notified to us within 12 months of delivery.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If by any chance you do not receive all your products please check with us that they have been dispatched. They may have been sent separately. In addition we ask you to check the number of parcels in the delivery against the courier consignment note and check that you sign for the correct number of packages as discrepancies may be impossible to rectify later.

If your products do arrive in a damaged condition we ask you to make a note on the couriers consignment note and you must inform us within 48 hours from receipt of your delivery. Otherwise we will be unable to make a claim against the carrier and therefore we will be unable to refund any monies in respect of the item(s).

In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect products we also ask you to you notify us within 48 hours from receipt of these products.

When taking receipt of your delivery please check that you sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the couriers consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the couriers consignment note and if any products are lost in transit you must notify us within 48 hours from the expected delivery date.
Do not refuse the delivery unless every item is damaged.

If you refuse a delivery with any undamaged items on it you will be charged for the return and the redelivery of those items.

Cancellation of Orders

To cancel please email:   and you will be given a cancellation number. You must keep a record of this number. Orders are only canceled once this number is provided and any claims that an order was canceled will not be valid unless a cancellation number can be quoted. Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been given to our warehouse for picking and packing. If you no longer require goods that have entered our warehouse system you will have to return them under the Returns Policy - Changed Your Mind. (See below). Please note that if you return the goods within 7 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations then no restocking charge will be made.

It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. They should be well packed and sent to:

Your products must be complete, unfitted, unused and in ‘as new’ condition.  It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

You will receive a full refund of the product price, although unless the product is damaged we will not refund the original cost of the carriage. You must also bear the cost of the return. When returning goods we recommend you take out appropriate insurance for the return delivery.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

If your products are received back to us incomplete, damaged or in a used condition, or you are outside of our notification time detailed above, we reserve the right to return the products to you and charge the cost for delivery to your account or we may charge a restocking charge at a minimum of 15%.

Overseas Orders

We are a UK based website and all orders received are governed by UK law only.

We will accept overseas orders, however, our usual delivery schedules do not apply and an extended delivery time should be allowed.

We will accept credit card payment for overseas orders. If you are shopping from North America or outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
